Responsibilities:

1. Sell Real Estate For Clients
2. Work Different Property Types: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, etc.
3. Market Property
4. Meet with Leads and Clients
5. Show Property to Qualified Prospects
6. Co-ordinate with Lenders, Attorneys and Other Service Providers
7. Analyze Information
8. Research Market Trends (Past and Current Sales) for Clients
9. Cover Professional Expenses with Licensure
